Looking to get a new LCD - prefer the look of the Samsung range, but there seems to be so many different models out at the moment form them, each with it's own uniqueness - has anyone got either of one of these and are they worth it? Which is the better option?

hmmm maybe damaged i dont even notice backlight bleeding on mine

u running it at 1680 x 1050?

Yup...there is a small amount of backlight bleeding on all LCDs, but usually only a couple of mm at the top and bottom, and only really noticeable in the dark. This was about 10cm in the bottom right corner, and noticeable in the day. If I watched a widescreen movie, the bottom of the screen looked like it went from light blue to black instead of just black.

Bought it from Sahara, first mistake, I was way for two weeks, and when I returned I had to take it to a company called C.R.T. who do Samsung Warranty repairs, I don't think its the sort of thing that can be fixed though.
