Commercial type espresso machine for home use

Hi guys.

I'm thinking of upgrading my Saeco superautomatic machine for a group head type machine used in coffee shops. Tired of paying 25 bucks for coffee.

My budget is around 30-40k. Will have a direct water source available.

Any advice in this?

Few q's

Semi automatic or fully automatic ?
Single or double boiler ?
One or two group heads ?
New or used ?
Which grinder to match?

Why not get something like a De Longhi bean-to-cup machine? You can get a decent one for R12-15K.

I got rid of the Nespresso machine and purchased this beauty:
(It's quite basic in terms of bean to cup but it's epic):

With the coffee that I like from Woolies, it works out to about 1 ront 52 cents per double espresso... she's paying herself off nicely!
Also, the fact that I got it on special from Hirsch's for R5240 instead of R7000 also added to the epicness.

I went the bean to cup route, like the one button and it make a flat white.
Our milk bill doubled.

Yes. Exactly that. The full barista experience.
This model you linked looks good but is it a good brand and how does it compare with the bigger machines?

Maybe sure.

I would need a side by side comparison to justify the 25k difference.

I've been very impressed with the Jury's every time I've used one.

But I can see why one would want to do the espresso pull itself by hand for nothing other than the ritual.

If I were to do one of these setups would have it all manual from grind to cup.
