im using windows 7 and it seems that i have a dispute with my isp which ended up getting me capped (my isp is sainet, but that is not relevant at the moment i think). I have a 10Gb cap and it seems to be using up alot of Gb during the day when nobody is at home (or so the monitoring software says from the isp).
Basically it says i did 4Gb in an afternoon so i want to know if there are common softwares that is downloading data unecessarily and how would i check for this? ... although personally i think 4gb is not right and i think they messed up on their side.
