No answer to calls, emails and when I try check out I get a "page failed to load" error.

Page works for me, but it can't handle much without errors.

I was at their Cape Town branch two weeks ago.... it had quite recently opened.

The one in Woodstock? If so, it's been there for years already.

I visited the Samrand branch last week. Still open and in business.

Ok, yeah - sometimes their site works, other times it's down or dog slow.
Like getting a mechanic to fix your car when his own car is broken.

Can't even order online from them since the page always errors for me when I try order.
So I guess they're a brick&mortar store only.
