Communication Minister welcomes corruption probe

(Didn't read article, just the title)
They ALL "welcome" the investigation and then usually 1 of 2 things happen:
1. They get nailed and then get moved elsewhere
2. "Nothing" was found to be wrong...then later it comes out that the investigation was somehow rigged and the truth comes out. (Usually by that time, they've already been moved to some completely different department and replaced by the next crook)

Rinse Repeat.

They never do, even while they've still got their hands in the till.

Look at Zuma for example .. the patient zero of corruption telling everyone he's actively fighting it, ha ha.

That sounds so dodgy to me. Why the hell would she need to be convinced? You know when you did wrong. Sounds to me like the money was indeed handled the way it allegedly was, but that somehow the auditor general approves of it..? Please note that she is not denying anything, but sounds like she think it was all perfectly ok.
