Regarding WoW Arena's.
Was wondering if there is anyone locally doing Arena competitively(1900+ 3's/5's) and how they are finding Season 9 so far?

I've been active in the arena scene since S5 on my rogue and even with the latency disadvantage, it was still a very enjoyable experience.

I've never done any areas and I've been playing since BC.

Was going to try out areas 2 month ago, but moved and now stuck on iBurst :( New line should be installed by next week so hopefully I'll be competitive in area :p Need to practice though...

Highest I've been able to get my 2v2 is 1300 ... hardly competitive. :/

I'm jamming with my feral druid (3200 resil) and a spriest buddy of mine (2k resil) Some nights we pwn, other nights they wipe the floor with us. :o

highest ive been is 2230 , and considering the latency , its not easy to get much higher unless you play with a sub 200 lat. currently i play on a 280 and find it a nightmare to get interupts and setups working in my favor. the current season is decent , although some classes have a clear advantage. and meeting them in games makes it pointless to play. so playing the first season of an expansion jus is terrible. next season , it will all be normalised and the classes will be more on an equal level :)

Blood DK's & Frost mages. :/

You're forgetting warriors. ^^

Playing on my rogue as sub(You must be behind your target spam) with a ret and disc in 3v3, but our comp isn't the most ideal and is counting against us, basically the reason why we're stuck at around 1950~.

Decided to level my warrior and I'm starting to gear him up for PvP, so will see I might "retire" my rogue as my PvP char and just stick with it to PvE.
Warrior damage is out of control.

played warrior/priest last season to 2.4k, but latency is easy to deal with as a caster. Yes you can be competitive with sub 300 ms. I wouldnt even bother trying seriously with a melee char.

What annoys me as a healer in arena with some latency is CCing and the fact that on my screen I'm quite some distance in front of the melee dps or properly around the pillar and still get slapped. gah!
