hello people i need some advice on how to lodge a legal complaint against HP. I have been trying to contact HP to help me fix the laptop which has manufacturing faults but they don't want to help me.

done that.. still no luck.. they didn't contact me yet..

tried BBB as well, but they only take complaints from U.S.A and CANADA

Are you sure the laptop is under warranty still? If so try getting the retailer you bought it from to put some pressure on them?

Don't want to help you? :wtf:

Could post or pm me your product number and model quickly? Also the fault youre having, their reasoning as to why they are reluctant to help etc. (I will see what i can help out with concerning getting some help seeing we deal with them a whole lot)

serial number: cnf6010q4p
product number: es307ua
customer id: 1130463436

problem: the laptop freezes at start up where it shows a compaq logo and then nothing works. it's a manufacturing fault and i am not going to pay for manufacturing faults

no its not under warranty. it's a manufacturing fault and many people (visit the webs below) had a same problem with a same unit and got their laptops fixed from HP for free. [/url]

Ok got your info, il check up and see what i can find out concerning this. :)

I wouldn't buy anything HP if you gave it to me for nothing (?).

Product is ok - until it has a problem and then HP don't give a toss. A clients all-in-one has been to letmerepair four times already ( still over 6 months warranty left ).

i agree with u. i sent letmerepair my laptop (under warranty) once, they took 1 and a half months just to replace a motherboard (1 hour job) and still forgot to apply thermal paste on graphic card chip and processor. i had to do that myself.

Take a Advert out in the newspaper, or call cart Blanche. i think one phone call from them will get you in order.
