Complaint to Digichilli Service Provider

I would like to know,
I have requested a refund from digi**** for Jan period of R100.
Which i spoke to Andrea regard to this issue.
He said he will credit to my account by next month bill.

I have just received my statement, No Refund has been paid back
Yet they charged me another R400 for my Feb Bill
WHICH I HAVE ALREADY CANCELLED // COOLED down the account end of JAN.

I would like to know, what can i do to get my money back?
I have enquried at [email protected] (something like that)
 
you could do a dispute with your bank to stop the debit orders at least and then take it up with digichilli...

have you tried to contact them on this again? remember they aren't psychic nor is this their support forums if you don't pm, phone, email or smoke signals they might take a lot longer to know you have made a thread.

I have contacted my bank previously.
They said in order to get the refund back,
i need to contact the service provider.

I have spoke to Andre at Digichilli on the 25th.
And spoke to other members about Cooling the system down before the 31st.

After i cooled it down, they still charge me.
So i would like to know, whether if i go to my bank.
Can i get this money back? (Credit card)

Yes, i have tried contact them. They dont pick up.
They dont reply during weekends.
I am just hoping they wil reply this coming monday.

Sigh.... i am so disappointed at this DC ISP....
