Currently running it with 2x SATA SSD in the Vantec Rack and 3x SATA HDD inside, so the cable management for those is done and will be left as is.
Things worth noting:
Generally in very good condition, non-smoker, you might want to give it a good de-dusting though. None of the components were ever overclocked, even though the board, CPU and GFX allow for it.
Bottom front intake fan probably needs replacing, sounds like a bearing that's finished. Small amount of rust on the front intake grills on the case. If you wanted to fix that, it would be quite easy as everything can be taken apart.
More than 20k was invested in this machine over the years, all high-quality parts (Asus, MSI, Corsair etc.). So, if you're going to negotiate, be reasonable. It may be old by technology standards, but still very capable and in good condition.
