Complete UPS conundrum

Depending which one, some of the vizia's have a usb port .. just plug the mikrotik into that with a data cable

yup 5v usb out ..and most new-ish cellphone chargers comes with that cable (well the ones prior to usb-c). Or buy one, they not even R50 usually from a paki shop
