completely stop data usage

Hi,

I have a phone on a MTN contract.

Is it possible to have all data services on the phone blocked - as in the phone wont be able to use any data in any form from that particular sim?

Well, its pretty simple it turns out. Just phone the helpdesk, and tell them I wanted all data services stopped and blocked, and they did it. They call it Blocking GPRS.

Maybe someone will find this useful.
