Complex Gate and Intercom issues

Hi all

I live in a complex with around 20 units - there are centurion swing motors to open the pair of gates at the entrance and exit. There's a Comb intercom that controls everything.

We occasionally experience issues, e.g. slowdowns of one or more gate motors, gates getting stuck open, and the intercom will become totally unresponsive, sometimes a reboot will fix it, sometimes it needs repairs...

So my questions:
1. How often do you guys experience issues?
2. It "feels" like there's something not right - any recommendations of companies/people who are great at diagnosing such issues?
 
Our previous house had those Centurion Swing motors and we experienced those same problems since Load shedding started.
In the 24 months of lockdown we had about 2 motor repairs, 2 brand new full replacements and 1 new Battery. The Intercom also became faulty as the gate would open on its own after it rang, we just disconnected it all together.
 
Anyone have the specs for the Comb intercom battery - ours isn't lasting through loadshedding so I'm looking for a lithium drop in
