So this is the 3rd (count that! 3rd!) complex I moved in to that cannot receive ADSL because the developers did not "install infrastructure"!!
YET there is a telephone pole no less that 5m away from my house! My house borders a veld and right next to me the services are so close yet so far away!
And our friendly staff could not care less : "Sorry Sir, we cannot service your complex because there is no infrastructure"...Why?
Can someone at Telkom PLEASE just ask the guys to come connect me to the network already? It will only take a 5m suspended cable?
