Just had good service from the helpdesk.
Ref # 114153 agent Sasprie (spelling??)
The IVR navigation was the worst part of the call, and took longer than getting a human on the other end after selecting the last IVR option.
Sasprie guided me and had patience with my Laptop taking ages to reboot.
It was a welcome surprise.
Now only the bug preventing me from connecting in a proper way from home to the office :-(
