Don't mean to brag or anything but MTN just told me they're sending me the whole 3g spiel with new phone etc and VIP something or other coz I'm a valued client.
Perhaps Telkom might like to steal this age old idea of giving the client something for nothing every now and then, just to keep them loyal.
