Compliments to Rain!

I had a connectivity issue in my area with Rain.
A hour ago, I sent a PM to RAIN via the message function on this forum.
I posted the details of my problem

Within 15 minutes, I received a reply in which they acknowledged that there is a problem
with that specific tower and that the problem will receive immediate attention.

Now, less than a hour later, the problem is sorted and I have full connectivity and function again!
Good job Rain!!

So many people are complaining about Rain, but maybe they are progressing and starting to get
it right. So lets give compliments where it is due.

To be honest, reading some of the past messages here, I did not expect much, but was pleasantly surprised!!
