Logged a fault yesterday around 11am or so for line issues.
They called me today and said they will attend to it soon.
They arrived on site at around 11 to look at issue.

Thats pretty quick turnaround time.

I dont know if it is fixed or what happened but the fact of the matter is the turnaround time is excellent.

Had the same thing here.

TM base station went down in our area. Send a tweet to telkom social with the tower ID etc. Issue was resolved the next day.

Went in today for a SIM swap. I had one of the old TM mobile SIM's (the black ones) and needed to swap it out for a nano SIM.

Got a SIM at checkers, went to the TM shop, performed the SIM swap, which was active immediately.

Excellent, I hope this sort of customer service keeps up for a long time :)

Was this related to your "afrihost" issues?
I am really not sure
What is weird is I have the browser open on the router

When the internet stops, my line is still up and I am still connected so really don't understand the issue

Everything looks good but I have no internet.
I then have to restart router and it works
Have tried wired and wireless same issue.
Afri rep says line was up and down yesterday :confused:
