Hi everyone

Just got this message on my Audi this morning and I have been digging to see what it means. Anyone ever encountered this before? And I also hear only Audi can remove it. Anyone ever paid for this?
Tuesday had my battery changed at Audi N1 and according to my research, component protection comes up when you replace parts in Audi with parts that are not registered in the Audi database and Audi will have to register those parts for your Audi to remove the component protection....
