I bought a Compro TN500W IP Camera a few weeks ago, but have been having issues with the devices.

Wanted to check with the community if anyone possibly has one and if they have the same problem.
Firstly, the device has been updated with the latest firmware.
The main problem is that after the device has successfully been setup to work, meaning can be accessed from the local network and via the internet via my tablet, but if I reboot the device for any reason that I can not access it again. The device software picks it up in a scan, the ip will correctly show, but the device name will not be picked up and the port no will also not be accessible.
If I reset the device and do the setup again it will work fine, but when I reboot or disconnect the power I will loose the access again.
Just wanted to check on this before I take the unit back, possibly I missed something with regards to the network setup.
