Comptia Certs to Expire After 3 Years

Apparently 31 Dec. 2010, is the last date for individuals to prepare and write exams and their certifications will never expire; and if you write your exam on >01 January 2011, your certificate will expire after/every 3 years.



P.S - Comptia - A+, N+, Security+.

No, the certs never used to expire.
They are now matching up with other certifications in the IT industry (Cisco, checkpoint etc etc)

i think around 1500 a pop, could be wrong though. Havent done a comptia exam in ages
