Hi guys, where can I buy computer accessories for reasonable prices online?

Please recommend some sites, especially if the service is good. Don't want to get scammed in any way.

+1 for Take2.co.za.

Some of the prices for exactly the same items are cheaper from them compared to if you buy it from the suppliers directly e.g. Rectron. Obviously Take2 get bulk buyers discount and can still give it to their customers for less than normal cost.
 
Toner cartridges in Durban

Hi guys, where will I get a good price for a toner cartidge in Durban, or online? Need one desperately for my Samsung printer.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated!

Typically what they do is include a 40-50% full cartridges(Demo) inside a Printer, it also depends on what printer you buy if it is cheaper to a new printer instead of the toner.

You can try online PC shops or Makro/Game/Dion they should be able to source some for you.

When I bought it a year ago, it came with the toners less than half full. I've done a ton of printing and it only needs to be replaced now.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated!
 
Yes the cartridges were less than halfway full when bought. I've done a lot of printing this entire year, and it only needs to be replaced now.

The printer was R2500, its definitely cheaper to buy a toner.
 
as it's a new printer it's difficult to say if remanufactured or generic toners are avaiable for your printer. (you'd need to supply your printer model number)

it is not recommended to use refilled toners the reason:
remanned toners - the wastebin* gets emptied when the toner is remanned.
Refill - what it says: it was refilled only.
Generic - made by another company for your printer.
Original - made by the printer manufacturer.

The wastebin* catches the excess toner that was used during printing. If the bin it not emptied it can damage the printer as it then overflows & spills into the printer. It can damage the printer.

Contact [email protected] and he will sort you out. NGR Computers (Durban Based) also I have bought from them countless times and have always had fantastic service.
 
don't know how many of these threads on online stores i keep bookmarking for later use.
