Computer Maintenance Contract

Hi All,

I am new to my posting on these threads, not used to asking for help, i have searched for information on this subject but i haven't come up with much.

i am basically looking for a pricing structure on IT Support Contracts, i have a small business that is growing at a steady pace, we offer a diverse selection of services and would like to expand into Maintenance Contracts.

If anyone can help with some advise i would be grateful.

Just give SLAs to clients where the services are included at like 80% of the price with 10 hours a week/month included.
If they use their 10 hours or not you get your money every month, if they go over 10 hours they get charged at normal rates.

We work on roughly R100 per computer in the business per month, eg 10 computers is R1000 but with business practice in mind it would be around R800pm for 10 computers.. and so forth.. 20 computers R1700pm .. so on
