Hi guys,just wanted to know,if i had cash money and wanted to buy pc stuff..etc and dont want an account,is there a place a person can go in cape town to cut out the middleman and still make a little profit.

We were thinking of getting an account or sharing it with that nice fello on this forum,but my partner decided we should just pay cash,Not really large amount but in the region of say between R2000-R6000.

We dont have that many client and we are like small fry,Community based business to help uplift and educate the masses that cannot afford a pc.

So if anyone can help,you are blessed.
ps.I emailed sahara and they never emailed me back,its been a month.

There are no suppliers that will sell to you without an account that I know of ... but why not register as a sole trader with a cash account?

I have asked about that sole trader thing and ppl like pinnicle micr..they told me i will have to fork out cash in the region of 10000-to 35000.
This is just a sideline business which will grow,but for now it messed up.

I do have a friend(very good friend)that has a import/export business with china.
he goes to his office in china every 3 months and stays there for 3 months.
He is williing to bring me stuff but i must at least fill 1 fouth of the container.
Also he can bring me anything but the problem is he can only carry so much with him at the airport.So that is out to.
Is there no one out there that will except cash.i cant believe this country is so F%^^ked up.I hate my country,Its K@K.

if I understand correctly you basically want to purchase a PC / Parts at wholesale prices from a wholesaler like rectron in capetown and want to pay cash?
That shouldn't be such a huge issue if you have a friend who already has a rectron account (many do), then you can pay your friend the cash and he can pay rectron from his account.

Rectron should allow sole traders to open up ... what will be a big help to you is if you get a cheque account in the nam of the business ... then the suppliers are friendlier. Some friendly suppliers you can use are sonic informed, not sure if comstar is in CPT, Frontosa should also help ... don't bother with axiz and pinnacle ... Sahara will almost definately help you as well.
