Computickets sells family tickets. However, the way they define family is discount. So when you order "family" tickets you receive tickets randomly spread throughout the whole theatre at a cheaper price and not in a contiguous block. My expectation is that families would sit together, because that is what families do!
When I phoned to complain they thought it was a laughing matter and referred me to the T & Cs. No amount of rewriting the meaning of words in the T & Cs can justify the misreprentation of common terms.
I have submitted a complaint to the ASA to force Computicket to either withdraw the use of the term or to provide tickets in a contiguous block.

Their ticket system leaves much to be desired. I booked tickets for phantom of the opera and I had to "roll" for seats till I got what I wanted since it randomly selects a seat each time.
