After the St Petersburg Ballet production of Swan Lake was cancelled I applied for a refund for the 4 tickets I had purchased.
Computicket promised that this would be done within a few days but I had no response despite sending three emails over a period of about 6 weeks.
The response from someone by the name of Herman on their online chat facility is that refunds have been put on hold until further notice! Makes me wonder what that notice will be? A bankruptcy filing?
I now know how the guys who fall for Internet scams must feel! Anyone else in the same boat?
