The police. They're quite understanding...

Anyway. On a serious note. Depending on is severity, (Illegal, moral, ect), find someone appropriate. Most qualified counselors have the right to keep secrets (murder and such) from the police, unless the court orders them to release the info.
If it's just moral, find someone with a very strong stomach and a tight set of lips.
Anything else is minor. The dog/fish/cat/volley ball can handle it.

I'd go with this. If it's a hectic secret just get it all out on paper then destroy the evidence. People suck, don't trust em hehe
