I know this subject has been discussed 1000's of times, but I cannot seem to crack it.
Setup:
Win XP SP2
BitComet
Telkom 4port router
Sygate Firewall

My download speed for p2p is very slow 2-3kb/s upload speed usually around 15-20kb/s.
I am not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I would think if I can upload at 20kb/s, the same would go for download, but it seems not to be the case.
I am not using port forwarding.
Anyone got any ideas on how to speed up my dl rate?
