Configure server network to vodacom microwave link

We have a server range with ip 192.168.10.30 which also assign dhcp. How to configure dat to go overvodacom microwave link with public ip 41. . . . .

It seems like you need the advice of a qualified network engineer, and a router to do some NAT-ing to the public IP for you.
