Configuring Iburst Router

Hey

I dont use Iburst, but my client does... I avoid Iburst like the plague...
Neways i need to know if its possible to forward ports in the Iburst router... at the moment the router is connected to a proxy server so i cannot directly connect to it, because im not sure of the IP and before i start calling their IT people to figure out how to connect i just want to know if its possible.
Oh what sucks even more, is that Telkom has removed all telephone lines in the area (Pomona JNB) so there are no phone lines to call out on... Apparently theft has made them say Nooo more lines for j000... maybe they will bury them at some point or something.

Ok not to worry Folks - figured out its actually a modem and not a router, so no firewall or blocked ports.. me hopes neway
