Configuring Marconi Ethernet Router

Here's the scenorio.. I have 2 pc's & a laptop connected to my Router. DHCP enabled and first PC's IP = 10.0.0.2

Lets say pc 2 IP = 10.0.0.3 & laptop IP = 10.0.0.4

Both PC's and laptop connect direct to the Internet via the router, my delimma as follows:

Beause all 3 devices connect directly to the net, I have to run a firewall on each pc, update the antivirus directly from the net for each pc, download Microsoft updates for each pc...etc

How do i setup my LAN in such a way that I route all "Router" traffic to 1 PC [10.0.0.2] & only run the firewall software on this pc, and then have the other pc's connect to the net thru the "firewalled" pc..

Are these computers running Windows? Try a simple Internet Connection Sharing configuration on your "server" PC and then set that computer as Default Gateway and Primary DNS Server on the other PC and laptop.

HKUSP: Using Windows XP  as an internet gateway probably isn't very secure!

But what Dean described should work ;) (I used it before with dail-up the way he described it)

EDIT: Just noticed are you using a Marconi Telkom 4 port router or is it really Mosconni :D
