Confused about Data limit

Ok, so this is my concern. I recently came off of contract basis and changed to month-to-month, this actually happened at the same time as when they launched their new services. I made sure that my account was migrated to Pro Intro 3Gig package along with the month-to-month move.

Now my problem is, I get my Bandwidth Usage Report and I only have 1.5gigs worth of data for the month, nothing used yet either :confused:

Now I want to send through another migration down to the Giga 1Gig package (Intrest rates, petrol price, McDonalds' price increase), but....if I'm getting 1.5gigs on a 3gig package, what will I get on a 1gig package? 500MB? 200MB?!?!?!?

Is anybody else having this problem?
 
Firstly you came off of a contract and moved to month to month, first mistake, this obviously confused the sh*T out of them and can only explain your loss of data....Secondly you now want to downgrade to a lower package, don’t expect things to improve :sick:

My advice is to attempt to contact them and query it and unless there is a logical explanation, don’t hold your breath for that extra data you are missing.
