We got the Neoconnect lite unlimited yesterday morning, and no where in the documentation we were given does it say that it is the unlimited one. I know i did order the unlimited ( R469 a month i think?)
But is there any way to check your ''account'' if i can call it that?
I just want to make sure before downloading all that i can haha.

No. They have no such service. If you call the accounts desk, and if you're lucky, they'll email you a week-old account after a day or three. At least that was the case before their customer services went south.
 
I just phoned and asked to confirm which package I am on. took 2 minutes.
