Hey,
So I've got fault references going back as far as 2013 for the congestion on my local exchange. @TelkomZA was kind enough to respond aeons ago that they were aware of the problem and it was linked to a project to upgrade the DSLAM.
Subsequently I've heard nothing about this and trying to call Telkom call centre is well...yeah.
I've previously gotten hold of the planning departments number but they refuse to provide any information.
So my question today is:
Does anyone have way of getting a response or action from Telkom for a fault that's been in existence for excess of 2 years? Short of invoking PAIA which seems to be the only next step.
Alternatives are few unfortunately as I seem to be stuck in a hole with no fibre, no vdsl, no wifi.
