Congestion is VERY real

A pingplotter graph over roughly 22 hours. I can replicate this any day of the week (Constantia, CPT). It is very disheartening to see Telkom making statements to the effect that congestion isn't a persistent problem. I wonder how they would respond to this?

Looking at the below I can only tell you one thing 300 MS to local site for a start is a no no...

What I see is congestion on MWEB NOT Telkom network.
Try same test on new ISP please and post results.

Closing down that uTorrent might help slightly..
ive had VERY bad pings to my servers when uT runs in the background *even when not downloading*

^ Thought someone might mention uT. I had just turned it on before taking the screenie, my computer was more or less ideal for the 22 hours prior to that.
