Congestion

Hi all,

Just ISP advised me the reason why never get full speed it due to congestion at the Telkom exchange. What has been your experience with this kind of issue?

It's a known problem in some areas. Best to tweet Telkom - they will assist you in determining what the issue is.

I guess the actual resolve is to upgrade the exchange as 'congestion' translates in to HIGH contention to me.
