Congratulations Iburst you have made it to the number 1 spot in regards to bad service on www.hellopeter.com and you have passed Telkom.

I think this should tell everyone why you should stay away from Iburst.
 
I think they stopped responding to hellopeter for a while now.
 
Currently it is a bit of a pain to get through to their helpdesk. For now I just go through the right contacts at iBurst and it gets done quickly.

I made Jannie and Co. aware of hellopeter today, so hopefully they can sort out all these complaints out soon.

Believe me they know about hellopeter and have know for quite some time.

they do know abput it they used to be a company that responds, they stopped responding some time last year.
 
It is hard to respond to a third party site when you cannot answer your help desk/sales/accounts phone lines already.

Hellopeter is one of the best known complaint sites, and if guys that KNOW that they are not up to scratch do not know they are on it, then that is when you know they have a SERIOUS problem....

One day they may wake up and realise what they ahve done, but i doubt that too
