I was unable to reach MyBB for a few hours today which, while not critical was DAMN annoying; thing is, the path to my internationally hosted domain via which I send email also went - rather more troublesome. Diagnosis (for which one Thando UTTERLY dropped the ball!) with iBurst advanced support on 0877 20 1234 didn't get anywhere but they're still better to talk to than the ...one hesitates to use the kind of pejorative one WANTS to.. regular "help" desk. I'm just glad it cleared spontaneously.

Able to use the internet on the Elardus park tower but getting terrible speeds.

Same Issue here. Fourways area . Connected fine , local speeds ok international speeds non-existent. Phoned helpdesk listened to the same song for about 15mins and gave up, cant wait for my DSL to be installed really over this bad service and constant issues. I am waiting for the all to common "Our upstream provider blah blah"
