Hi rain_mobile , Hi rain_network , please help my 5G 101 device is struggling with signal and has not been able to make a connection to the internet for 3 days , this happening on the weekend has left us extremely frustrated , I was told that our local tower (Randburg\SUNDOWNER) was down and that this modem would connect to the next nearby tower which it has not been able to do for 3 days , please advise on a way to resolve this issue as I was told to be patient with the engineers days ago but nothing has been done about it. No customer support has contacted me despite all my support request please advise
