Not tech savvy and need advice pls. I have a Hauwei B1865 4g LTE router which I use at home. I believe my village will only get Fibre in 20 years from now.

I have devices link through WiFi and cable. My problem is the software is s******* to say the least. So what I need to know is if I can keep on using the Router just as a modem but link it to a Asus Ac88u router. Then connect all my devices to that router?
Also if I do this will it impact the bandwidth?
If this is possible can someone please also explain to me how to go about to set it up.
The reason why I want to do this is to monitor and manage the use of my bandwidth per devise.
Or is there another 4g LTE Router that has this capability to track and manage usage and speed per device?
