Hi All.

I wonder if I may get some advice here.

I am setting up a CCTV system for a friend, now I need to configure it to connect it to the internet to be able to have live viewing.

My friend has a Huawei B618 LTE Router, but not sure if this modem can do port forwarding etc. At the same time he has an Asus N14 Router laying around. (He used to have ADSL but hardly worked). I have my personal CCTV connected to my own Asus N14 Router, and it works great. So I was thinking of connecting the N14 router to his CCTV, do enable port forwarding etc, and then link the N14 to the Huawei B618 wirelessly to have the internet connection. Is this possible, and if so, how?

Is this possible to fix this ping error reply, and if so, how?

So you are trying to perform a connection between two routers (Asus N14 Router and Huawei B618) wirelessly.

If both routers support Access Point mode, it is possible.

You need to go through the steps provided by the router vendors to establish a router to router cascading. This link shows it.
