Connecting Garmin to audio system

I'm planning on buying a Garmin Nuvi 710 tomorrow. Initially I planned on buying it because it has an FM out feature, but I just noticed it also has an audio out component. Would it be at all possible to fix the audio out up to my car's audio system (standard audio system with Toyota Runx) so that the hands-free bluetooth and the turn-by-turn directions come through the car's audio system and temporarily disable whatever's going through my system at the time (e.g. CD player) ? Reason I ask is 'cause if I have to use the FM out then I have to stay tuned in to that frequency on my radio. If possible include an approximate installation fee (including installation of a power cable for the GPS - don't want messy cables all over the dashboard:eek:).

Unfortunately not. But for what it's worth, I'd still preferably want it to be wired behind the dashboard so it's neater. Plus - as far as I know with the 3.5mm jacks I'd have to run it through an AUX function, wouldn't I? Whereas I want it to run simultaneously with the radio and CD functions but cancel them out when necessary. (Like the old handsfree carkits used to do.)

I don't think you can run it like that...

I have a Garmin 710 and use the FM feature but don't know about another way...
