Connecting notebook to UHD TV

Hey all! I need some help please.

I have a notebook that has two ports
- 1x HDMI 2.0 (4k at 30 hertz) female port
- 1x Mini Display port (4k at 60 hertz) female port.

I've connected my UHD/4k TV via the HDMI port, but at 30hertz, it's not a nice experience. Everything feels jerky and laggy.

I need to connect to the TV via the mini display port, that supports 60hz. Any ideas? I've seen one dongle that support HDMI 2.0 (4k at 60 herz), but sold out, and I'm not seeing any cable I can buy (Or I'm bad at googling)
