One of those days!
Fax machine packed up and now my main hdd also died on me.
I used Hiren's boot cd to boot the pc into mini XP mode. I'm trying to access my other lan pc's. All the pc's are detected and I can also connect to internet.
Now like Firefox says when it can't open a web page page:"Now this is embarrassing"
When I try to access the workgroup pc's, an error message is displayed:
"\\***** is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the Administrator..."
I have shared some drives on the Hiren pc and more than enough time has elapsed to detect and read all shares.
Help pls?
