Hi,
Currently I have two networks, wired and wireless. I have been unable to get any wired PCs to find the wireless PCs.

To explain, the wired PCs are connected to a Telkom 4 port ASDL router. All the wireless PCs is connected to a D-Link Wireless Router (4port Wired).
I use the ADSL router as to dial out when a connection is required (e.g. from wired PC or Wireless router requesting for connection).

The two networks work fine independently where the Wireless router open a connection for all the wireless PCs and all Local PCs opening connections using ethernet. The problem is I have been unable to connect any Wired PCs to the Wireless PC (as in the title). I have set the Wired Pc on the same sub network and mask as the wireless router.

Can any one help me set up the network in order for interconnectivity between all my PCs?

Details.
Telkom Wired ASDL modem IP - 10.0.0.2
Wireless D-Link Router IP - 10.0.0.1
All Pc IP - 10.0.0.4-100

Any help will be appreciated.;)

What are the DNS settings you have given your PC's? Are you IP Addresses statically assigned or are you using DHCP. If so, have you disabled DHCP on either the D-Link or the Telkom router as you can only have one DHCP server on a network.

I know it sounds silly but have you tried running the network setup wizzard. I have had a similar problem before and the network setup wizzard sorted it out.
Open "My Network Places" and you will see it as a link on the left hand side. Run it on all your wireless PC's on the network and it should sort you out.

let me get this straight, you have the Telkom wired ADSL modem in bridge mode right?
Then you have a D-link wireless AP which is on 10.0.0.1 and is assigning IP's to the other machines on the network via its built-in DHCP server?

What im thinking is happening here is that your Telkom router is not 100% in bridge mode, or you have a pc on the wired network trying to play the DHCP server aswell, What will probably work is if you plug the Wireless AP into the switch that the wired pc's are on so that *it* can assign IP's to your wires pc's aswell.

You second option is to disable all DHCP functions on the wireless AP and give the pc's all static IP's with the gateway and DNS set to your ADSL router IP.
