Connection 2 routers to each other

So I have a Netgear ADSL router with four Ethernet ports built in to it. I have another wireless router with no built in modem. I want to connect the modem to the wireless router so that I can use the Internet over the wireless network. So I want to use the ADSL router as the modem and the wireless router as a router. Is this possible?

Configure the Netgear as per normal and leave the DHCP on, then just set the Wireless AP into the same range as that router and turn off the DHCP on that and bob's your uncle.
