Either the Problem is with the Iburts Cache or with the International link.

I was dowbloading from International fine last night and this morning I can't even get into the Microsoft websight, AVG download .

Each time the error is returned from WBS saying that the connection timed-out.

Local seems fine though.

And no, I am not Capped

According to thato at help desk, the issue is UUNET, and i was told the possible eta time till its sorted out is 1pm. (hahahahhahaha! riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiite)
