connection.co.za R99 offering option strange usage

Hi guys, i've been inspecting some weird usage where my sessions lasts ~57 minutes. It's almost like my adsl connection to IS initialises every odd 60 minutes.
Is this normal?

I prefer using http://users.isdsl.net/ to check usage.
