Connection constantly dipping?!?!?!

What is going on with neotel's network of late? For almost a week now I've been browsing and streaming music/videos, and my download speed would come to a halt and start up again. On and off the whole time.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes. At first I thought my link completely died but I have found that if I leave it for quite some time (probably more than what you are experiencing) it would just continue. My problem is that it totally dies (or appears to). No data gets downloaded. If I disconnect and reconnect it sometimes gets back on track but mostly this makes my connection totally unusable.

Yes I've been having the same problem. Also speeds vary. This morning I was downloading at 90KB/s(wow!) - usually it's around 20KB/s. At about 30KB/s now.
The disconnections/reconnections are a pain. Been using Downloadhelper (Firefox Addin) & this does not always restart partial downloads. Have resorted to switching them to Getright Download Manager.

This is pissing the living daylight out of me. I can't even stream online radio without interuption. It's like listening to someone talk with an unbearable stutter. How difficult can it be to transfer data from one place to another without disconnects? Neotel, stop hiring baboons and get some real IT technicians because clearly no one there knows what the ***** is going on.
