How frequently does it drop? Might be an idea to get Telkom or your ISP to reset the port.

Dns is irrelevant to the pppoe session being dropped.
This is a line or port fault.

He says the Internet light goes off. DNS is really not relevant....

How does the router decide whether there is internet or not though? Does it use the fact that there is an IP address and gateway assigned? Does it try and ping an IP? Does it try and ping a domain name address?

I would suggest enabling the logs on the router and trying to see what happens during and after the ppoe connection

Internet light shows an active pppoe/pppoa session. Session drops, light goes off.

hi Guys it's happening with every modem they gave me and it's the same model also i have noticed the internet drops more when there is more devices connected to the modem. should i try bridge mode or adding any option ?

How frequent are the drops?

I have found in the past that some routers are more tolerant of bad lines, so see if you can borrow another make/model and see if that helps. Billion were good in my case. And get your port reset. Seriously.
