Connection improved?I still get 100kbps-12KB/s !

Well ive heard that today most of the users have better speed...I`m still geting max of 100kbps on Northcliff Tower!
Can someone connected to Northcliff tell me what speed you have?

i'm not on northcliff so I can't comment on that but what I do want to say is this is proof that the problem is not down to power users, if WBS get contacted by the media thats exactly what they'll say, "we removed the bad 'power users' for the other guys" but thats just BS. Some techie is too stupid to fix the problem so he said its abusers or they are using this feeble sentech excuse to hide something

I am on Northcliff - the connection has improved - from 2-3 kBs yesterday it is now international upload - 4 kB/s, download is 10-12 kB/s. This is still bad, but at least usable. And no, I don't think WBS should have disconnected all those users in the manner that they did. It only shows how incompetent they are. If I was as bad at what I do as WBS are - I wouldn't be able to afford their expensive non-service.
